Losing weight is an exciting time. You have met your goals and sometimes exceeded them. You are proud of your new look and health evaluation. You enjoy your new size. Not so fast. There are 10  negative statements I am about to share with you about your weight lost.

1. You will get told, you looked better with the weight.
2. People will suspect you of using drugs or alcohol.
3. You will get asked are you sick.
4. You will get told, you will gain it all back.
5. You will be told, don't lose too much.
6. You will get told you are too skinny.
7. You will have wrinkles if there was a lot of weight loss.
8. You will be scrutinized, for everything you eat. People will intentionally try to tempt you with unhealthy food choices,
9. Family and close friends may get jealous.
10. Family can be the most negative when it comes to weight loss.           

    Now, with all of that being said. 

You look Great! 

Be prepared not everyone will be happy for your weight loss. 

There will be whispers and hurtful statements.

Dealing with health issues is harder than dealing with negative people.

No one else can carry your burden of dealing with weight, either mentally or physically.

Don't  gain the weight back to please others.

You lost the weight to benefit you !

Remember, jealousy gains weight when people lose weight.

An effective way to maintain natural hair while sleeping is to wrap your hair with a silk scarf, but silk scarves has a tendency to come off during sleep.

STRAW-LESS

 I switched to stainless steel straws and , Starbucks Vows to Ditch Plastic Straws by 2020. 

In 2009 7-11 had  an aluminum straw for. 99 as part of a promo.I purchased the straw and I still have it as of 2018. The aluminum  straw from  7-11 is still durable. I later found out, the aluminum straw had  an epoxy resin that contains bisphenol according to an article from the smart mama at TheSmartMama.com.
  I also feel, I saved the landfills a lot of waste just from the amount of straws in which I didn't use. The price of stainless steel straws was very pricey at one time. However, the price of stainless steel straws are reasonable as of 2018.
I chose stainless steel straws to reduce waste and help make an environmental change. The straws come in straight or curved at the top. I chose not to use paper straws because the part of the straw in the liquid gets soggy. I enjoy using the stainless steel straws because it gives me a continuous cold temp through the straw.
