Losing weight is an exciting time. You have met your goals and sometimes exceeded them. You are proud of your new look and health evaluation. You enjoy your new size. Not so fast. There are 10 negative statements I am about to share with you about your weight lost.
- You will get told, you looked better with the weight.
- People will suspect you
of using drugs or alcohol. - You will get asked are you sick.
- You will get told, you will gain it all back.
You will be told , don't lose too much.- You will get told you are too skinny.
- You will have wrinkles if there was a lot of weight loss.
You will be scrutinized , for everything you eat. People will intentionally try to tempt you with unhealthy food choices,- Family and close friends may get jealous.
- Family can be the most negative
when weight loss.it comes to
You look Great!
Be prepared not everyone will be happy for your weight loss.
There will be whispers and hurtful statements.
Dealing with health issues is harder than dealing with negative people.
No one else can carry your burden of dealing with weight, either mentally or physically.
Don't gain the weight back to please others.
You lost the weight to benefit you !
Remember, jealousy gains weight when people lose weight.
