Starting today.
Remove three negative thoughts from your vocabulary. Negative thoughts can sometimes seem normal over time.Let's break the normalcy of negative thinking.Starting today.
Here are some of my suggestions.
  • I am to ______ to try that.
  • They are much better at _______than me.
  • I will never be good at ______.
Write them down fill in the blanks. Write as many as you can think of.Then change your statement to a positive one.
  • I am not to_______ to try that.
  • They are no better at _____ than I am.
  • I will be good at_______.
