Be grateful.








Try this:
 Write down pass,present and future things you are grateful for.Increase your list with one grateful  item EVERYDAY.Continue doing this exercise until it becomes a habit.Make it fun be thankful for both silly little  things and important  things.
Ill start you off.

  • PRESENT -MY CHILDREN,HUSBAND,DOG
  • FUTURE-GRANDCHILDREN
