TIPS ON BECOMING POSITIVE

Starting today ,remove three negative thoughts from your vocabulary. Negative thoughts can sometimes seem normal over time.Let's break the normalcy of negative thinking.Starting today.
Here are some of my suggestions.
  • I am to ______ to try that.
  • They are much better at _______than me.
  • I will never be good at ______.
Write them down fill in the blanks. Write as many as you can think of.Then change your statement to a positive one.
  • I am not to_______ to try that.
  • They are no better at _____ than I am.
  • I will be good at_______.
Write me and tell me about your experience for today and I'll share mine.
