THIS WILL HELP KEEP THE TRASH CAN LINER IN PLACE.

PURCHASE THE LARGE SIZE ELASTIC HEAD BANDS.The pack I purchased had eight for  one dollar.Don't forget to remove the band for reuse when changing the bag.
