Tell them, "I have used negative self talk on myself and I am sorry for saying negative comments to you."
"I never meant to crush your dreams or cause damage to your self esteem.".
Negativity can appear harmless while destroying dreams, goals and self confidence in ourselves, love ones and coworkers
