The way I look at it is, we all have disabilities. Amy Purdy






Disabilities limits movements and senses.Limited  thoughts and the same effect on the mind and body.As humans, the biggest disabilities we place on ourselves is "I can't","I wish I could",and one of the biggest disability we put on ourselves, is the word "IF".
Take time and list disabilities you have or are placing in your life.
List words and thoughts that is limiting your movement towards your goals.
 It could be as simple as to much screen time.Television,computers and even the telephone can cause limitations in our lives.
Option one,the disability has to be recognized.Recognize the thoughts when they come or IS being said.
Option two,the disability has to accepted.Accept that the thought is placing limitations in your life.
Option three,finally it has to be dealt with.Change the Debilitating words and thoughts you are using.
Some of these limitations took years to happen,so be easy on yourself. Work on removing your limitations daily.NOT EVERY OTHER DAY,BUT DAILY!
